When parents are new to this destruction called Parental Alienation, the question arises Why? Being an honest citizen we thought going into court and telling the truth would set us free. Most of us are now aware that the system didn’t work for the ”honest”. The court system had put together a “formula” to benefit from the families of America. The rights of parents have been violated. During this process our rights as parents are stripped from us and families destroyed. “In the land of the free” and” In the best interest of the child ” is portrayed as justice in our country. Do you want the truth? Do you want to know WHY?

I am going through this right now. I havn’t spoke with my kids for a while, as my wife has abducted them both. I have also been removed from contacting them on facebook. I am having much greif right now. I am trying to get to them all through love and positive reinforcement, but seeminglt to no avail. I am trying as hard as I can, using prayer. My wife says that she is beyond being angry. I gave her no reason to be that mad. She left with the kids under the guise that she was going somewhere local. She went to the oppisite side and end of the state. No ines of communication with the children. And no fair.
My husband’s judge ruled that the kids’ Mom had failed to abide by EVERY stipulation of the Judicial Order of Proper Conduct and that she practiced Parental Alienation. There were times he went for weeks without even being able to reach the kids by telephone. Even with all the craziness of the mom, having what appears to be a diagnosed but unmedicated mental disorder, bi-polar disorder, the Judge said it “bordered” on abuse. In the meantime she continues to practice the same with no one in the court system holding her feet to the fire. When there is nobody holding her responsible for her contemptuous behavior the bad behaviour, which IS abuse, continues.

I have raised my 16 yr old and 11 yr old by myself here in the last year my ex husband went to court and got the children every other weekend and failed to show up, when he did show up he would make all the promises and then break them, would get angry and do all kinds of stuff, eventually he stopped coming stating he does not have money to travel long distance since I am in NC and he is in TN. Recently he started talking to my kids on the phone and his family included said all kinds of stuff about me and now my kids are totally confused and calls me names refuses to listen to me and there is nothing I can do as of right now, I also have to little ones ages 5 and 2. He took the older kids to TN for Christmas and I could not even talk to them without them insulting me or telling me I am a liar and they want to move with their dad. Even while I was married I have raised my kids on my own and now I am a single parent with 4 kids working 3 jobs to give my kids whatever they need and sometimes what they want. I don’t know what to do I am ready to say let them go and find out own their own what life will be like with dad at the same time I know they won’t be safe there with him. Any suggestions, any advise?? Please help
My ex and I were divorced 2-1/2 years ago in N.J. Shortly thereafter the ex started sending me letters accusing me of abuse and neglect of our 8 and 10 year old. A few months ago the children left my house during my parenting time, called the police and accused me of threatening them with a knife. The police and DYFS investigated the incident and both agency’s felt the kids were “Coached”. The courts have seen fit to require the I pay all doctors bills and only have supervised visitation! The judge seemed to have ignored the police and DYFS in regards to this matter. I am running out of money and hope in New Jersey.
